Eloise is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience.

With a strong focus on Gastrointestinal Nursing, Eloise has held various leadership roles across Geelong and Melbourne.

Her interest in Gastrointestinal health first began while working in the Liver Transplant Unit at the Austin Hospital, Melbourne. She then moved back to her hometown of Geelong, where she became the manager of the St John of God Surgery Centre. Here she led key initiatives such as capsule endoscopy and “Rapid Access” Endoscopy.

After starting a family, she took on an executive role at a small private hospital in Geelong.

Since then, Eloise has returned to a clinical role at the Epworth Hospital in Geelong, alongside a teaching role at the School of Medicine, Deakin University.

Eloise prides herself on patient-centred care and is committed to assisting Professor Watson in the care of our patients.

Helena Watson

Helena has worked as a medical secretary and practice manager for a specialist gastroenterology practice for 20 years. She is experienced in medical practice software, billing, reception, typing, payroll administration and practice management. She was awarded a Diploma of Publishing (Professional Book Editing Proofreading and Publishing) in 2012.

Together with her busy professional life, Helena enjoys cooking (particularly spectacular cakes!), spending time with her family, and looking after her two miniature schnauzers, Ziggy and Cleo.
